ACCOUNT MANAGER
Michal – already in transition from engineering to business side. Automation engineer with 15 years of experience in various industries and marine projects all over the world. Took part in all cycles of projects beginning from concept phase, through design work and implementation. Worked as an engineer and projects lead.
Joined WWTechnic company in 2018. Recently has been promoted to Account Manager position. His responsibilities focus on present customers, sales, new business opportunities, marketing and technical support.
Michal received an MEng in Automation and Robotics faculty of Gdansk Technical University and a postgraduate diploma of Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.

CFO
For 16 years, Marcin worked with Wojtek at Wartsila, starting as Chief Accountant and ending as Company and Business Controller.
In 2015, he joined WW Technic as CFO, where he is responsible for accounting, statutory and internal reporting, financial planning and forecasting, working capital management, and support to management in decision-making.
Marcin graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Statistics at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Executive Assistant
Kasia has 13 years’ experience in supporting Management and Service Engineers.
She graduated from the Faculty of Administration at the Warsaw University of Technology.
For several years she worked for Wartsila, together with Wojtek.
She has been at WW Technic from the very beginning, since 2014, being instrumental in the overall growth of the company.
She is responsible for our offices and all administrative areas. She helps employees get oriented with the company and supports them as a travel coordinator. She also handles employee benefits and supports the finance department by creating business travel reports.
Additionally, she is the IT systems administrator and a key member of the company’s PR team.
She likes to oversee projects from start to completion.
“The most important thing for me is a good atmosphere, so I care about positive energy throughout the WW Technic team,” she says.
Operations Manager
Jerzy has more than 30 years of experience in the maritime and power industry. As an Electrical Officer, he spent more than 10 years on different seagoing vessels, including fishing trawlers and bulk carriers.
Jerzy worked for 20 years for Wartsila in various positions, including Power Plants Commissioning Engineer, Commissioning Quality Coordinator, Field Service Coordinator and Field Service Team Leader.
He is a highly experienced and well-trained engineer with exceptional leadership skills.
Jerzy earned his MSc in Electrical Engineering and BSc in Mechanical Engineering at the Maritime University in Gdynia.
Office Assistant and Travel Coordinator
Adrianna is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk.
She is responsible for administrative areas and supporting employees as a travel coordinator. Her daily tasks include assisting with employee benefits and supporting the finance department by creating business travel reports. She is also a member of the company’s PR team.
Adrianna joined WW Technic because she wants to develop her organizational skills and be part of a rapidly growing company. She likes the variety of tasks that comes every day at WW Technic.
Founding partner
Piotr has more than 30 years’ experience in financial management and capital markets. He was a member of the Management Board of Elektrim S.A. and a member of the Supervisory Boards of a number of prominent Polish companies, including Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (ERA), Warta S.A., Bydgoska Fabryka Kabli S.A. and Mostostal Warszawa S.A.. He is an expert in finance, investment and capital raising, with vast experience in financial restructuring and advising.
Piotr holds an MA and PhD in economics from the University of Warsaw and a postgraduate diploma from the University of Amsterdam.
Founding partner, CEO
Wojtek has more than 30 years’ experience in the maritime and power sectors, having worked at power plant construction sites and later in delivery and sales of power plants in South Asia. For 20 years he led Sulzer and Wartsila teams in Poland, active in shipbuilding, ship repair and power plant business development on the Polish and global market. Possessing extensive technical knowledge and leadership experience, he is highly qualified in providing engineering services for the maritime, power and other industries.
Wojtek received an MEng from the Power Plant Faculty of Czech Technical University in Prague and a Certificate in Business Administration from SKILs in Finland.
