Employees’ Skills Survey 2023

We are involved in various projects around the world.  We invited our clients to participate in the skills survey of our engineers and already got complete and positive feedback. This is a busy year for WWTechnic. Therefore, our engineers must provide very complex set of skills. 

Each of our engineers have been evaluated in 5 categories: 

Communication skills – In complex project communication is a key. There are multiple parties involved, and we need to take all factors into account. Our engineers must be able to communicate in technical as well as business English and also adopt to different cultures. 

Ability to deliver results and solutions – This is the most important performance metrics. There is no single project with is going according to original planning. Because of extraordinary experience, WWT Team always deliver a results and solutions. 

Positive attitude – Everyone likes to work in a good work environment. There is nothing better then positive attitude in the team, especially when we approach a challenging and complex problems. 

Technical skills – WWTechnic engineers are multi skilled. Our team is able to perform multiple tasks around mechanical, electrical and automation engineers. Therefore it is important to deliver right people to the right project. 

Teamwork skills – During facing a complex project, team is everything. WWT operates always as a team, but we also must be opened for a cooperation with different parties. 

Why do we do employees skills survey? We care about our employees, customers and business partners. Therefore we must be sure that we deliver to everyone required and high quality. It also show us a way to develop and directions to improve. This is important, that customers can count on us in every condition. Second side of a coin, is our employees. We must be able to provide our employees with proper tool set including communication trainings, technical trainings, build their confidence, and support them during projects.
